Zucchini Pizza: A Gourmet Delight Disguised as a Snack
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized zucchinis
1 cup of your favorite tomato/pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella/amul cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the zucchinis and slice them into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
Place the zucchini rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of tomato/pizza sauce over each zucchini round, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese or amul cheese over the tomato sauce.
Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Now, the magic happens in the oven! Pop these nutrient-packed rounds in for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbly and the zucchini is tender.
The inspiration behind this delightful recipe is, in fact, quite simple. It is nothing but a healthier twist on everyone’s classic favorite. As a nutritionist, I believe in making smarter choices without compromising the taste.
Moving on to our second adventure, I have saved some of the best for the second (as well as the last).
Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed fruits
Handful of seeds like chia seed, pumpkin seed, hemp seed, etc.

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
Sprinkle the mixed fruits like pomegranate, berries, kiwi, apple, etc., and seeds on the top of the yogurt.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is frozen solid.
Once the yogurt is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it into pieces using a sharp knife.
Serve the frozen yogurt bark immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the freezer.

CHOLE CHAAT
Ingredients:
1 bowl of boiled chickpeas
1 small onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pomegranate for garnishing

Serving: 1
Calories: 340 kcal
Directions:
Embrace the culinary dance of flavors by combining chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper in a mixing bowl.
